ECONYL® regenerated nylon
Aquafil makes ECONYL® regenerated nylon from nylon waste such as old fishing nets, carpets and fabric scraps. According to Aquafil, it can be regenerated ‘over and over again as a single material, without any loss in performance or quality’. That’s about the fibre, not our fabric, which contains elastane. According to Aquafil’s LCA (ISO 14040/44), ECONYL® polymer causes 74% less CO₂ than Aquafil’s standard nylon.
We pair it with a high share of elastane for a secure hold. The result is a smooth fabric that keeps its shape.
MADE IN LITHUANIA, BY OUR PARTNER IN ALYTUS
In Alytus, our pieces are made by a team that knows exactly what it’s doing. Every step is spot on, and the quality speaks for itself.
Making them in Europe keeps the distances short and the work personal.
Fashion without animal traces 🐾
We like animals alive. Nothing animal-based is used in our fabrics, nor in dyeing or printing.
Unpacked
Your order comes in a cardboard box or a POLLAST!C mailer. Depending on the piece, each garment is packed in a paper bag or in a POLLAST!C bag too: recycled ocean-bound plastic, meaning plastic waste collected near coastlines before it reaches the sea. According to the manufacturer, it can be traced right back to its source.
