Returns and Exchanges

A return is of course possible without any problems.

According to our terms and conditions, you have two weeks to notify us of your return. You are welcome to use our withdrawal form and simply return the goods on time.

Of course, you can try on the clothes and take your time to decide if they fit you.

For a return, the clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and intact. Labels must still be attached.

Towels and mats must not be opened or unrolled. Sealed packaging must also not be opened. In short, the goods must be in a condition in which they can be resold.

Feel free to use our return labels for your return.

They are available if you have placed your order directly through our webshop.

You can print the return label yourself, you can find the link for it in the tracking email that you received from us. If you can’t find this email, please feel free to contact us.

Due to the increased costs of return shipments, we unfortunately have to pass on some of these costs to you.

For returns within Austria, we now charge a fee of €4, for returns within Germany €6 and for returns within the EU €10. However, we would like to emphasize that we still provide return labels for you to facilitate the return process. The fee will then be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.

Please choose a shipping provider that issues a shipping receipt with a traceable package number.

Warning: Packages shipped freight collect will not be accepted by us!

Please keep the receipt for the package or the tracking number, as we cannot accept liability for missing packages.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items. Please simply return the merchandise to us and you will be refunded the value of the merchandise to your bank account/credit card/PayPal. Then reorder the desired exchange item.

We will process the refund as soon as possible.

If you have chosen prepayment and SOFORT transfer as the payment method, we will refund the amount to your bank account. For credit card payments, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account and for PayPal payments, it will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Depending on the workload of our warehouse, processing your return may take up to two weeks.

We will inform you by email about the refund. If the amount is not credited to your account within 2 weeks, please let us know.

We inspect each piece before it leaves our house. However, sometimes things slip through our eyes.

Please check the merchandise as soon as it arrives and notify us of any defects immediately. Later complaints can no longer be taken into consideration.

If the package arrives damaged or incomplete, it is necessary to inform us immediately or at the latest within 2 working days. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee a refund.

We of course provide replacement for faulty products and also cover all shipping costs.

Legal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days of receiving the goods without giving any reasons.

Obvious defects in a “nice to meet me” product must be reported by the buyer in writing (by e-mail) immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Other defects that are only noticed after this period despite careful inspection should also be reported immediately.

The warranty does not include the elimination of defects caused by external influences or the improper handling of the clothing. Furthermore, warranty claims do not arise if the contractual partner of “nice to meet me” does not follow specified care instructions or if the contractual partner or third parties have damaged the goods.

If you wish to return the delivery in part or in full, please notify us in writing within a period of 14 working days.

The period begins at the earliest at the time the instruction has been communicated in text form, but not before the day of receipt of the delivery of goods. The timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the item is sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured or assembled according to the contracting party’s specifications (commissioned work).

The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. The shipping costs for the return are covered, if offered by nice to meet me. Outside of Austria and Germany, they will not be accepted unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods. Returns sent by freight collect cannot be accepted. Please keep your shipping receipt safe, as this is the only way to refund the purchase price in case of package loss.

The goods must be unworn and clean. Towels and mats must not be opened or unrolled. Sealed packaging must also not be opened. If we receive the goods in a resalable condition, we will return the payments made within seven working days.

The contracting party shall pay compensation for any deterioration in value caused by the intended use of the goods. The contracting party may carefully and thoroughly inspect the goods. The contracting party shall bear the loss of value resulting from use going beyond mere inspection and that means the goods can no longer be sold as “new”.

If the goods are not in perfect condition, have already been worn or have been damaged by improper packaging during transport, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the purchase price.
